What a pleasure it was dealing with Mike C, Frankie and the other guys at Ground Zero. Ground Zero was one of many estimates I got to replace my two 20 year old AC units over the past several months. Mike C came over on Wednesday to update the estimate and talk through options and my new units were installed and operating by Friday evening. Frankie and his crew were professional, courteous and thorough. They cleaned up after themselves and it was as if they were never here! Absolutely would not hesitate to use Ground Zero for any future needs and will recommend to friends and family as well! Job well done.

I used this company to have a new AC installed, and to have extra ducts and vents put in. If I remember correctly my technicians names were Cory, and Anthony. Not only were they on time but they were early. They explained to me everything that was going to be done. Along the way, anytime I had a question, they both answered my questions quickly, and accurately. They were professional, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have AC work or a new install done. Great job guys! Please note...I could not remember the other techs name, but when I checked over some paperwork, I found it. I wanted my review to reflect both techs.
Google has verified Ground Zero Plumbing & their work so that Google will pay for it if it is not repaired correctly! I called Ground Zero Plumbing at about 3am & Katie answered very quickly! I told her that I had found the lower bathroom flooded from water leaking through the ceiling, vent & down walls. She said that she would dispatch a plumber right away! I received a text with my technicians info, including a picture & bio so I knew who to expect. I was very impressed by Ground Zero Plumbing immediately! Mike B., the plumbing supervisor was sent out & was phenomenal! He found the problem quickly & repaired it. He was only here for an hour & 15 minutes, but in that time I found him friendly, dedicated & having excellent customer service! If you call ask for him because of the above reasons. Thank you Mike B., Katie & Ground Zero Plumbing! You are my plumbing heroes!!!
My husband and I have been a customer with Ground Zero for about a year now and have called upon them for both AC and plumbing. They are very professional and knowledgeable in their field. Katie is always courteous and in our most recent call, Chet Schmidt made quick and efficient work of rooting our bathroom plumbing. He was very friendly and respectful of our home. This is a great company and we would recommend them to anyone in need of their services. They've always gone above and beyond, double and triple checking their work to make sure the job is done correctly.
