Every time I’ve needed to been seen on the urgent care side it’s been a quick wait time if any at all. The bedside manner of the physicians is impeccable. I felt listened to and my concerns addressed. The medical assistants are also very nice and knowledgeable. Since I had such great experiences with their urgent care side I now see them on their family practice side.

Professional, caring, kind and clean! They did not hesitate in helping to accommodate us for the fact that our son has autoimmune issues so we could wait out in the car to fill out the paperwork until we could be seen. Everyone was so kind and very helpful; from the front desk receptionist, the gal taking vitals, the PA and all. The treatment we received was much appreciated. Thank you!

My husband and I have used this Urgent Care many times over the years. They are always caring and professional, everyone is incredibly friendly. Today though, they went above and beyond. I brought my 2 year old daughter in for a suspected ear infection. The front office got her a juice while she waited and when she got into the room, the nurse put The Little Mermaid on for her. It was a very short wait and the doctor was incredibly kind and gentle with my daughter. When your kid is sick, you didn't sleep and all you want is to go home, the little gestures really go a long way. They made the doctor easy and even fun for a sick girl.

Dr McRae and his staff are the best! I have been to many urgent care facilities with my childrens' chronic illnesses. I can honestly say the staff at Health First Urgent Care provide amazing customer service and are attentive to your needs. They even stayed open past closing for my family on 2 occasions. They also have the ability to diagnose and treat a wide range of issues. Most recently they helped me diagnose my diabetes. They also followed up the next 2 days to check on and how I was doing. I fully trust Health First Urgent Care and Health First Family Medicine with my families medical needs and highly recommend them.
