I lived here for 3 years I enjoyed it! The area was nice! The only down fall I see is how much they are charging now WOW! when I first moved in my rent was only 700 now I see they are going for 1200 to 1400 not worth it to me!
I moved in to Heritage Pointe almost 2 years ago and have really enjoyed it. Office staff is always nice - management changed during my lease but I honestly could not tell a difference. The maintenance staff is always friendly and say hi to my dog and I when I see them out. They also come same day or next day, even if my requests are not urgent. The grounds are always kept pretty well and I don't have any issue finding a parking spot even though it's all unassigned. It's a VERY dog friendly complex, always stocked with little baggies, trash cans all over, the cutest little mini dog park, and the dog bath room. In all the time I've lived there, I have never heard incessant barking which is awesome. I love the close proximity to downtown Gilbert and feel safe walking/running in the neighborhood. They had some issues this year with plumbing and had to shut the water off for a total of about 8 days (spread out across months), but things happen and they were really good about communicating in advance so people could plan around it. The only odd thing is how loud the water pipes are in my specific apartment, but I don't know if that's shared across the whole complex. I can just hear loud and clear if anyone in my surrounding units starts their shower or dishwasher, but I'll take a loud water pipe over other complex's issues like bugs/rude office staff/unresponsive maintenance any day. I'm on the second floor with a pretty big balcony, 2 outdoor storage closets, all hardwood/vinyl except for the bedroom, and nice looking kitchen cabinets. Overall, I think it's great value for the location, the interior upgrades, and the dog-friendly features.
My wife and I have lived at Heritage Pointe Apartments for almost 3 years now. Everyone is always willing to go above and beyond to help us out whenever we need it. Maintenance requests are always done within 24 hours or on the scheduled date. The grounds are quiet and we always feel safe when walking into downtown Gilbert. It is a great place to live! Thank you to the staff for all you do!
