4.5 hours for an oil and filter change. After I'd been waiting for 2 hours I asked how much longer I'd be waiting. They then informed me that they didn't have the correct filter for my car and needed to request it from another service center. This should have been known and told to me within the first 15-30 minutes if not immediately when I arrived. Their estimated time was another 1 to 1.5 hours. I spoke with the service manager who refused to pay for a taxi or rideshare so I could go home instead of waiting. At the 3.5 hour mark they still were not done. The vehicle was finally complete at the 4.5 hour mark. FOUR AND A HALF hours for a simple oil/filter change. The service manager did comp the oil change, but the 50 in savings was not worth the long wait, terrible customer service, and having to sit in a crowded dealership where not one of their employees can wear a mask properly. Definitely avoid!

The GM Joshua Bauman reminds me of why I hate car dealerships. No customer service, just wants to get you in a car and off the lot. Regardless of it's safe or reliable. Attitude reflects leadership and that shows at Horne Kia. You can't expect honest, good salesmen when their 'leader' is the biggest scam artist out there. Kia can do better, Horne Kia... Do better!

A few days ago, I inquired about a 2021 Stinger, and got a call from David in the Internet Team. He answered my questions and was cool to talk with. I wanted to get the numbers over the phone, but he told me that I had to be there to get the numbers. I wasn't happy at first, but looking back at it I'm glad that he told me to come in. I drove the Stinger, and as much as I liked it, he showed me how the K5 was a better deal. Still fast, it looks good and all in all, David was a cool guy to work with. David will keep it real with you. My mom is gonna get a car from him too.
