Dr. Eisenberg is great, however the office staff is horrific. Just know that YOU have to call to follow up with them even when they say they will- because they don't. Issues like waiting to get approval from insurance for a procedure, you'll never hear back unless you call....and then you will get the run around (like they haven no idea) and say they will figure it out and call you back, and won't. Then when you call and they say they have the approval for the procedure, but it is going to expire because the approval has already been active for over a month. We have been dealing with this for over a year. This last time my husband had a virtual appointment for 8am. No log in was sent for a telemedicine call, so again, we had to call. They are VERY unorganized. Now the Dr. is calling on Facetime instead- it is now 8:25. My husband has a tight calendar (meetings scheduled via zoom- covid) all day long. He had to cancel his 8:30 meeting. I would not recommend seeing this Dr., the ongoing headaches are not worth it.
ALERT!!!!!!! I can’t stress to you all enough.......Please stay far away from this place. It is managed at the poorest level possible. I had a scheduled vasectomy over a month ago that they cancelled, but never notified us of the cancellation. We found out because my wife called concerned that they hadn’t called in the prescription, and it was the day prior to surgery. They said we missed a signature on the paperwork, so they had to cancel the appointment. But they didn’t tell us. Then we rescheduled for a month later, that’s the earliest they could get me back in, and I confirmed a week before the appointment that we were good to go. They even filled the prescription a few days before the surgery. I literally show up on the day of the surgery on Valium and they tell me that it was cancelled again. Again no notification from them. This is by far the worst medical practice I’ve ever dealt with. Please read these reviews. They are real, this is a bad place. Not to mention the mental preparation I have had to go through twice. My wife has had to also go through it all. We had scheduled childcare, all for nothing. This place is a joke that absolutely does not care whatsoever about their patients. I promise you this. Stay away from this practice. I already have another appointment scheduled with another dr. and I’m paying cash, just to get this done with a better dr and a better practice.
Saw Dr. Byrne 3 times, each time her bedside manner was dismal at best.. she didn't really seem open to answering any questions or concerns I had. Finally, after my third visit, she told me I'm perfectly healthy and she doesn't see anything wrong.. now I owe 1200.00 after insurance because she charged about 1000.00 per visit, for 3 visits, to do what could have been done in one visit, I think she was just gaming the insurance company? Either way, it still hurts to pee and I'm left w a bill?
