Third - he will provide you a detailed drawing and a list of materials. Fourth - he knows how and when to communicate and follows up. Fifth - if something goes wrong - he and his team will fix it and limit any inconveniences to you. Sixth - they provide the small things in your shade structure that make a difference (decent: outlets, switch covers; electrical add-ons: lights, fan, speaker installs) Finally - there are lots of choices in the Valley that can build you a Pergola - however JLC and Tim will do it the right way.

I have used JLC Enterprises for 2 of my homes. They are fantastic! My pergola is beautiful and the talk of the subdivision. It is a 2 post cantilever which fits perfectly in my small backyard.
