I was in a car accident and made an appointment with Dr. Jones to have him do a check up. What a great experience. His staff was so friendly and I did not have to wait. I love it when an office runs on time. Dr. Jones was very thorough and I did not feel like he was in a hurry to get to the next patient. I really appreciate his office.

I’m an RN and have been going to this practice for over 6 years. They recently moved into a bigger space and I’m very saddened by the treatment now. I’m having surgery and needed a routine clearance. Made an appointment for 7:40 - they said they had 7am. They had not confirmed but I apologized and would reschedule. Now they want to charge me 120 for not one but FOUR no-shows! New rule is simple surgery clearance is really 2 appointments and I had to pay additional fees for appointment I missed and new appointment. It’s a total of 40 min for doc to sign the form according to the office manager. Ever spend 40 min straight with a doctor in the office to just sign a form? Complained to office manager and she yelled at me about causing the practice to lose money. 6 years going here with good insurance, paid all bills, referred family and friends and it all comes down to getting 120 for one misunderstanding about an appointment and 40 min. It’s very disheartening and sad and I don’t feel they have the right priorities.

I really like the Generations practice and Dr. Jones. They have a small in-house blood lab, so I don't usually have to make a separate trip for my yearly basic blood test. Very friendly staff. There's a Walgreens across the street so that's convenient as well. I've been there twice so far (last year and this year), and both times had a short wait in the waiting room and for the doctor in the exam room.

Called for an appointment with Dr. Jones. I have to pay 900-1500 annually to see this doctor? What is this some kind of club? I hope his car mechanic does the same thing to him. I am not giving my money to this office.
