On the website it says store opens at 10am, the girl with black and green hair I guess who opens it didn't get here until 10:18 am. Then she left again a couple minutes after, the store is currently locked with the lights off. It is 10:34
Girl with dark black/brown with red stripe in hair was extremely rude.
The store was super clean, employees wore masks the entire time, super friendly, and ultra helpful, answered all my questions, even researched different styles and checked with other stores to see if they had them in stock.

This is the only store at this outdoor mall that discriminated against my fiancé and I for our medical condition and our religion, for not being able to wear a face mask. They would not accommodate us or attempt to serve us at all. This is medical and religious discrimination. Keep it up, and you might get sued.
Clean, organized & friendly
I stopped on Journeys last night to buy a pair of shoes. The 2 young ladies working were extremely helpful, friendly and eager to help! Being in the customer service industry I appreciate a good sales experience. Thank you ladies for your help! I’ll be back!
