These guys are incredible and I would recommend them to anyone. I was rear-ended at a stop light and the guy didn’t give me his insurance since he claimed my car wasn’t damaged. Aesthetically, there wasn’t any functional damage but it caused issues to the latch mechanism on the tailgate. This made the “tailgate open” light on the dashboard stay on, and I wasn’t able to lock my car properly. I brought my car to Kaizen for an estimate and when Cody came out to take a look, he used a sliding hammer to bring out the rear body out on the spot so that the latch would be aligned again and could lock. He even went as far as getting some small spare plastic components to help fit my outer tailgate panel back on and secure it in place. Any other shop wouldn’t have done any of this, and he saved me a huge bill and a lot of time. I can’t say enough good things about them and I would 100% recommend them to everyone. Very good shop, they battled the insurance on my behalf and got my car back to perfection. After having the car for a couple weeks the battery died, they didn’t skip a beat, Cody just went and got me a new one, showing me that they will go the extra mile to take care of their customers. I had an insurance claim and they took care of everything. Called the rental car company, explained the process, very suave company. I dropped my car off on Monday and picked it up Friday. They are incredibly fast and efficient. My truck looks great again. AJ, Naomi and ray were phenomenal
