This was my first time in kneaders and I was very surprised how good customer service was. All my questions and concerns were answered quick and with a very kind touch almost like they were invested in our conversation. I believe the young man that helped me was named Drew. Very good worker help me with my questions and got my food out quick and precise. I will be back again!

Super friendly and helpful staff: Came in a few weeks ago to get a gift card, but it seems their system was having issues activating them (that kinda stuff happens, I get it). I ended up being double charged and only refunded for one, but Adrian was super friendly and was able to help sort it out quickly! (He also threw in a cinnamon roll on the house, which was super awesome!) Thanks guys!

If I could do less than a one star I would. We have always enjoyed Kneaders but this visit was terrible! Starting with terrible service. We waited at the counter while several employees looked at us and didn’t say a word. A few minutes later we were finally asked if we needed something. After asking a question about what kind of bread they use on a particular sandwich and having the employee literally stare at me and not answer,, I proceeded to order, having to repeat myself several times for him to get it right. My sandwich came on one slice of bread on a tiny plate. 8.50 for a half of a sandwich which is not what I ordered. I asked an employee why I was served a half sandwich and paid for a whole sandwich and she said that’s how that sandwich comes because the amount of chicken salad is not enough for 2 pieces of bread!! She then said oh that usually comes with a side salad do you want that? Why would they not serve that in the first place? Unbelievable! We also ordered a tuna sandwich which came with 2 pieces of bread but only tuna on half of it, the other half had lettuce and that’s all. The tuna was so dry it couldn’t be eaten. Apparently the tuna sandwich doesn’t come with enough tuna for more than one piece of bread either! Needless to say it was so disappointing and I won’t be returning to the San Tan Kneaders

My first time at Kneaders and the service was great. There was only one person working behind the counter but he remained very professional and polite. Our food was good. I had soup of the day and sourdough bread. Will be going back.

Cozy for a self-serve chain. Outstanding food, always clean and the cinnamon roll french toast is to die for! This location is easy access with plenty of parking. You won't be disappointed.
