Had an issue with my HP printer and called. Spoke with Lance and he gave me the fix and said to call back if it didn't work. A 2 minute phone call and a few minutes of my time to fix and it is working perfectly again!! I can't tell you how happy I am and this was a free fix for me. Lance was so helpful even though there wasn't anything in it for him. My new go to printer company.....highly recommend!!!! Honest and caring!!

I am a 1-person small business. I became aware of Laser Specialists a few years ago when I was considering the purchase of an all-in-one copier/scanner. Lance graciously took the time to discuss my options with me. I was impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and truth in products. I have used him ever since to maintain my current printer. He and his staff provide a GREAT! service.

I have used Laser Specialists several times in the last couple of years. I have had many issues with toner/ink and repair, and they have been very quick to schedule me, diagnose the problem, and make the repairs. They are straightforward about everything they do, and I have appreciated their honesty. Not only are they highly knowledgeable, but they are personable as well. They are very easy to work with. They have been very accommodating with my crazy schedule and varied needs, and I highly recommend them. I wouldn't go anywhere else for office supply service!

I have been doing business with laser specialists for 15 years. Their refilled cartridges have always worked well and were cheaper that other places that I called. I have purchased 3 rebuilt printers and have been very pleased with all three. The refilled cartridges come with more toner than the original ones for less than the new price. I get many more copies from the refills. This is one of the few companies I have never had a problem with and am happy to write a well deserved review.
