This location is wonderful!!! I drive from Tempe just to come to this location instead of my location by my home. Why? Professionalism! Chad G in accounts has continuously made my visits such an incredible experience each time and Kelsi in operations, has always made sure the facility is spotless. I am so impressed by this team. So worth driving 20 min longer to get to a gym.

Lifetime Fitness as a brand is great. Cons: This particular location is their entry level Gold level gym with subpar customer service and deteriorating facility. As an example there’s a ton of cracked tiles in the indoor pool area and the sauna wood is in bad shape. They also have limited hours of operations. Pros: Variety of classes included, steam room, plenty of cardio equipment/weights, amazing yoga instructor(s), unique equipment, and large pools (indoor and outdoor) I wish customer service was on par as other Lifetime Fitness/Athletic locations.

Nice facility but they really need to improve their trainers because their trainers look like they need to get themselves some trainers of their own.

I will be canceling my membership if the manager does not address the members who take their masks down when working out. What is the point? I’ve had to address it two times in one day with the workers who can also see people with their masks down and refuse to address the member. I want to be safe, and then not enforcing a mask policy is unacceptable. I have already emailed the manager with these same concerns.
