They need to fix some of the basic how a Doctors office should work. First, they have no option when you call in to make an appointment. Second, if you leave a message on let's say the billing department. When they call you back they rarely leave a message and come up on my cell as Unknown name and number. I don't know about you but I don't answer unknown calls. Hence you end up in a never ending merry go round. I have chosen not to go back. Doctors and nurses get 5 stars but office organization gets zero stars. Bad patient experience. BTW I was never offered to get set up on the portal at any time.

I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. My husband had an appointment at 10:45. He was not called back until almost noon. Who has time to just sit in the waiting room for that long. The office staff are rude and I’m sure that you can find another doctor with better service and shorter wait times. Save yourself the trouble

Terrible staff. I was referred here and called multipe times to reach someone to make an appointment. I even talked to a member of the staff who said someome else from the staff would have to call me back. Never recieved a call so the following Monday, I drove to the office to make an appoinment. While there, I was very clear this was going through a different insurance then my own and offered to provide the claim number. They said to bring it to the apppintment, closest appointment being two weeks out. Two weeks later, i went to the appointment and was told they couldnt see me because they had to verify the claim with insurance first.
