I waited until the last minute to get a flu shot. I didn't realize how busy these clinics get. I went after work and there were no more reservations, but Patricia D., NP still made time to squeeze me in and get me my flu shot. It didn't take long or hurt. She was very pleasant and professional, despite being so busy. I would go here again. A experience.

I have no issues with the nurse herself. I have found minute clinic procedures to be less than helpful and far more expensive than a real doctor. I thought they were the best place if you had an acute infection so you could go in get your antibiotics and get out but that is not true. They will essentially go down a checklist to diagnose, if you don't tick all the boxes then they can't really do much. Unlike an experienced doctor that knows what he is looking at. I went to my doctor 2 days later for complications of my infection. He gave me antibiotics and the original infection cleared up in under 48 hours. Unfortunately, I still have complications that are slowly improving and were not originally there and could give me permanent issues. Hoping for a quick in and out may have been detrimental to my health. I cannot recommend any minute clinic. Find a doctor you trust.

When I arrived to the clinic, I was about 15 minutes early because my email confirmation told me to arrive early. When the doctor came out she made a comment “you’re very early”. I advised her that i was only early due to what the email told me. After sitting in the office for two minutes, the doctor asked me what brought me in and i told her that I feel like I’m getting a sinus infection or a bad cold. I told her I hadn’t taken anything over the counter but that I wanted antibiotics to kill what sickness I had because I’m traveling soon. She told me that I wasn’t in need of any antibiotics and to take over the counter medications. I felt like she came off annoyed and rude in the beginning. Towards the end she was nice but in the beginning I just felt like she treated me as if I had no idea what I was talking about. I paid 100 to be told something that a friend could’ve just told me. I came to a minute clinic because I had heard it was convenient and cheaper and I expected to get some type of antibiotic or decongested prescribed but she wouldn’t give me anything. I could understand if I was asking for pain killers but I just wanted antibiotics. I should’ve went to urgent care instead because it would’ve been the same price and I would’ve been given medication. Also, when she printed my intake paperwork, there were many medical questions on there that SHE answered for me. She never once asked me those questions. She never asked me if I had allergies, If I was Allergic to things... she claimed she checked me for vertigo and other illnesses in which she didn’t. I didn’t like that she assumed she knew my medical history. She checked off boxes like she was my primary care doctor. I did not feel at ease about that at all.

My husband and I both went to the clinic. They got us in quickly and the physician's assistant was knowledgable and professional. They were quicker than most doctor's offices and we paid the same co-pay as a regular doctor visit. Would definitely return.
