I have to admit, very friendly customer service......However I cannot recommend this store. I bought a new Yamaha Digital Piano and it has a speaker issue. My First Piano does the warranty work. Bad news is good luck with that. I have tried for two days to get in touch, but they never answer. You can leave a message for callback, but that can take several days. Only option is drive to store and talk in person, even that can take an hour. Just one person in store most times, so you have to wait....just to speak with them. I would seriously consider purchasing your piano somewhere else. Just an update.....it has been several more weeks and still cannot get any help with warranty work which this store promised to do. Now reporting to BBB

I want to say Thank you to folks at My First Piano. I was looking for quite some time for a piano. After speaking with Josh he provided with a lot of information and help. I can't thank them enough. I purchased the piano strictly on my conversation with Josh. This is something I would not normally do, I took a chance. The price was right, it is a beautiful instrument and I am so very very happy. Several of my friends are musicians and they also love it as much as I do. The movers did a great job, and they took all the safety precautions. Thank you, thank you, I know they are honest and not just out to make a buck.

We had our piano moved from one home to another and the process was so easy. The two gentlemen that delivered the piano were both easy and pleasant do deal with, they were very careful throughout.
