I had a great experience, Daryl was super responsive when I called Neptune Pool for help with my failing pool pump. He knew exactly what to do, gave me a fair estimate straight away, showed up when he said he would, and completed the job as described. Called Neptune because I was assuming I needed to replace my old equipment and wanted to get a quote. Come to find out I was operating my pool wrong and all I truly needed was a tune up and fix some leaks. I learned so much and absolutely appreciate all the help I was given at a very reasonable price!! I will use them for any future needs and my pool is running so much more efficiently. I had 2 other contractors work on my equipment before and within a week it was leaking again. Now with Neptune Pools I have a reliable fix.

I have been looking for a new company for weekly pool maintenance. I contacted Daryl at Neptune Pools on March 12th and asked if they service my area. I gave him my location (cross streets) and he said he would call me back. I never heard back and after a few days I went to the website and submit a form following up on our previous conversation. Again no response to my phone number or email address. Wound up getting another company to come out and earn my business. Can't even get good customer service from a 5 star company. Crazy

I called Neptune because of the reviews and I was in a big bind. A guy that does pool work as a side job half installed a new dual speed pump then didn’t know how to do the electrical with the existing wiring I had and left me hanging for 10 days. Daryl came in and completed the job, explained to me how to program and operate the new pump and cleaned the DE grids. What I liked the most was Daryl’s patience with all of my questions, his professionalism with staying on task and not acting like he was in a hurry but in getting quality work done. I was SO deeply grateful to get my pool back up and running and understanding the new equipment! I will call Neptune for ALL of my future issues and repairs! Awesome service Daryl, THANK YOU!!

Helped me out without needing to come onsite or anything. Appreciate all of the help. UPDATE: Needed Daryl to come out and help me out further and he was a pleasure. Helped me out and explained everything in good detail, and didn't care that I had a million questions. Would definitely recommend!
