Love banking here! Always had a solid experience in general for my day-to-day banking needs. Staff is nice and supportive. I recently worked with Sergio in Loans, and he was great! Pleasant to work with, helpful, and very responsive to my questions and needs.

Horrible bank. We were recommended to use them when purchasing our new car. From our car loans and credit card there were endless issues of never getting statements in the mail. Therefore this caused late payments. Never could reach anyone on the phone, couldn’t pay online. Finally went to the branch and that was a hassle. The branch manager helped and it took 3 months to get an answer which was not good cause they did nothing to help when this has been their fault. The member That signed us up is no longer with the company, very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and follow through. I was told today when I went to the branch that she would be emailing me so I could move forward to try to get this removed from our credit. No email has ever received. Disappointed that their lack of communication and work ethic has now affected my husband and I.
