As a mortgage lender I have dealt with many different appraisers over the years and have found Ryan and On Point Appraisals to be the best of the best. Every referral that I send their way comes back with glowing reviews. They show up on time, they deliver the report on schedule and they answer all the questions. The biggest differentiator is Ryan's knowledge and experience. I've gotten great feedback from sellers that needed appraisals done on a 2M home and also vacant land which are tough assignments that many appraisers will turn down due to the complexity and time involved in completing the assignment.
