It was great seeing Dr. William Patterson again. He is a fabulous surgeon. He took care of my right Rotator Cuff about a couple of years ago. I had full motion with my right arm. He is very patient and explains the procedure very well. His staff is excellent, at the time Ivan had taken care of any issues. I came to see him today for my left shoulder having issues. I would recommend him highly.

Referred to Dr Dinowitz for nerve repair of a year old injury of my left index finger. Recommended x-rays but were not definitive so recommended MRI. Results were not definitive but exam indicated nerve had never healed and needed to be reconstructed. Positive outlook on the repair to be done and proper use of finger regained. Presented possible outcomes of surgery. Surgery went well and at this point in time success outcome seems eminent.
Patient care is not a priority! Saw Dr. Montague in late September scheduled an MRI 10/5 and they stated I would receive a call for a follow up appointment. Never received a call and had to do their job for them. I called twice in early November and both times the girls on the phone refused to provide results over the phone. December I received a follow up call to come in for an appointment for results. I refused and requested results via phone and copies in the mail. The medical assistant called me 2 weeks later and informed me to use my patient portal to view my records. After finally gaining access to my portal a week later none of my medical records were uploaded. Not until I called and left a stern voicemail was I called back and was told my records were there. I called at 11:35 and my records were updated at 11:43. They acted like I didn't know what I was talking about when clearly the timestamp shows nobody did their job until prompted. 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Not very often I leave reviews but this doctor is a good guy. Easy to understand. I was impressed.
