I had to update my review due to the purely professional way that Paul's Ace Hardware dealt with this. I was contacted with concern, the employees were asked about the situation and then P.A.H. took care of it. I have to say, I am truly impressed and see why their ratings are as high as they are. I will continue on there, as I am a valued customer. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- They used to be a great hardware store. Lately they have hired rude lazy people and I had to change hardware stores. Too bad too, i used to really like them. Next!

I've always been a fan of the Ace Hardware stores. For the last 15 years I've used the PAUL'S Ace Hardware stores exclusively. For many years the Tempe location. The Gilbert location gets used a lot now since it's so close to my home and newest employer. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I fully recommend any of the PAUL'S locations. There are several around the valley.

Staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Prices are slightly higher than big box stores, but the time and advice you get will save you money and time over the long haul. You can have confidence that the staff can and will help. You will get your chore done quickly, correctly, rather than spend your whole weekend guessing thanks to the help you get. Highly recommended.

This place is great and saves time compared to when you go to the big box stores. I like their selection of tools especially, not to mention they are the go to for a copy of a key!

Nice store! I love the dish scratchers they have by the register those things clean like nobody's business! My aunt uses them on her feet to keep her feet smooth so she gets new ones every year for xmas!
