Excellent staff! Doctor is very caring,knowledgeable and loving . My husband. And I personally admire him helping community. He is very respectful and humorous. We love him from our heart.

I dont hold a doctor personally responsible for his office subordinates, but would gladly with this fellow's office mgr if I could nail down who the individual is. Must strictly higher from circle of friends or the Home Depot parking lot near as I can tell. Though great terms w Dr. Patel, to hear my mother speak of experiences, & the office phone calls ive sat in on, sounds a circus. Info that is supposed to be forwarded to a hosp. or colleague specialist is not or sent to incorrect place, appts scheduled are mis scheduled or one is left wondering why make for a specific time when your seen 30 to 90 mins after appointed time (this was a pro-covid trait, and remains one). Considering the specialty that is practiced in, I'd personally put it up there next to Neuro & Thoracic, one would be led to believe the emphasis of professionalism and work ethic would filter through the office personnel as well as it does the physician... Guess not.

My father was recently operated on by Dr. Patel. It was a major prostate procedure with 2 months of pain, immobility, and complications leading up to the date of surgery. Just prior to the scheduled date, he was found to have a blood infection that would require additional time to rectify. Dr. Patel had an overseas vacation looming. Rather than leave my dad wait another 2-3 weeks for the surgery in miserable shape, Dr. Patel squeezed him in on a Saturday just prior to his travel date. Not something he had to do. Not something most doctors would do. This man did it. After 5 weeks of recovery, the surgery has yielded incredible results. Dr. Patel is a master of his craft. He extends life and improves quality of life. He turns misery and uncertainty into happiness, relief, and wellness. Anyone in need of Urologic help should only be so lucky to be on the receiving end of his care.

The best doctor I've been going to for 10 yrs an I very happy to see him . Every 6 months I go to see hi for a check up . Very good Doctor P Patel he is the best in my book's
