I had not been to Premier Eyecare of AZ for over a year. I was having some issues, so it was great when I received a postcard reminding me it was time to have my eyes examined. I loved that I was called and sent text messages. Filling out the paperwork in the portal was painless, almost. Upon arrival I was quickly seen and left knowing my new lenses would arrive in about 10 days. The staff were very pleasant and tolerated a woman of a certain age (ME) talking their ears off! It was so nice to see smiling eyes behind the face masks. I shared my experience with my husband whose eye doctor is where we used to live and now takes him 30 minutes to get to. My eye doctor is 5 minutes by car from my home. Good service. Good location. Win Win! I highly recommend Dr. Jones and his staff! A very pleased patient!

I had such a great experience at Premier Eyecare. They are very mindful of COVID risks and make everyone wash their hands when they come in. All the staff wears masks and were completely professional and friendly. I saw Dr. Darcy Jones and she was seriously the best - she listened to all of my weird concerns and was very patient and kind. Long story short, STOP LOOKING AND BOOK WITH THESE FOLKS. Even the front office employees were super great and knowledgeable. 110% would recommend.

A breath of fresh air! The building is very clean and organized. The staff was so very sweet and kind. My exam was quick and very informative. Finally, I got to try on so many glasses! The staff gave their opinion which was fabulous. Thank you!

Great service using latest technology! Old school Dilation is a thing of the past. Dr. Jones is great, I've gone to him every year since I moved to Arizona in 2018. Dr. Jones clearly explains what he is performing and he explained how vision has degrade or improved. His staff did a good job not trying to push expensive eyeglasses \options\ which affect a fixed income Veteran. Love going to Premier, makes you feel welcome and my business is appreciated!

Everyone at Premier Eyecare is amazing! The staff were all welcoming and friendly, and Dr. Jones was so kind and patient with my two squirmy kids. He was very thorough, took extra time to explain everything to us, and really made us (especially my kids) feel comfortable! We were the last people in the office, and everyone stayed and chatted with us while we were checking out, and didn’t try to hurry us out the door. I’m so glad we found them, and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing an eye doctor!
