3 years ago Premier Paradise finished my outdoor oasis which included, pool, oversized spa, outdoor kitchen, bocce ball court, fire feature and complete landscaping. Not only was the design spot on, install went extremely efficiently, but their after installation service has been outstanding. Whenever there has been any type of issue, Jeromey and his entire team have been extremely responsive. In a world of mediocrity, Premier Paradise has shown to be an outstanding representation of how a business should operate. Thank you Jeromey, Stephen, and Josh !!!

1 year ago they (Premier paradise) finished my pool. Between the pool, waterfall & surrounding tile, my wife & I spent over 170,000.00 dollars. Was originally promised to take 6-8 weeks. It took 7 months. I am not complaining about that in this form. After not even 1 year the waterfall only works once in a while (usually in-op when we have guests, unfortunately) & is major discolored. In some areas rather than brown, it is gray. I reached out to Jeromy & Josh. who did inspect & agreed isn't right. Said would contact to sub-contractor & get resolved. Today, I received an email from their Director or Operations (Stephen Yoder)-who I have never spoke to or heard of, who informed me now it is normal & now is blaming the pool service company. This is the same company that 1 month ago (Jeremy) came out to look at waterfall not working, praised how good the pool water looks & chemicals correct. I attempted to resolve with the company, but they refused & said go ahead and sue.
We were referred by a fellow ER physician to Jeromey Naugle premier paradise. I contacted him and he was great to get back to me. He came to our home and was punctual and very professional. He took measurements and spent a good amount of time hearing what we wanted for our backyard. We told him at that time we were having a hard time dealing with flakey pool companies and he said “I would never do that to you”. He said he only takes on so many projects a year to focus on customer satisfaction. We did mention during that visit that we may not start our pool project until late this year but still wanted the design and estimate to see if we would want to move forward. He told us it would be about a week to get a design. We hadn’t heard from him in over a month so I reached out via text and email. He eventually let me know how busy it had been and said he would get a design in to us. He then reached out about two weeks later and said he was having difficulty with our design as our backyard has a water basin with a walkout basement. He said he was still working on it but would get us a design and estimate. We waited another 4 weeks and hadn’t heard from him. I reached out and he never emailed back. From first point of contact until now it has been over 2 and a half months and we still don’t have a design or estimate. The pools he has done look great and we even went and saw a pool he had done by our neighborhood. We were really excited as his style matches ours. I don’t know if he is too busy or just didn’t want our project. Either way he should have let us know that either our project was too complicated for him or that he was simply not interested or too busy to take on. But instead we are here two and a half months later still wondering if he made a design at all. The communication has not been good. He may just have too many projects. I would be weary contacting him as it may take months to get a design started.
We had a great experience with Premier Paradise. They're design was so unique and met each of our needs. Everything on our project was done in a timely manner and everyone was very professional. I'd highly recommend Jeromey and his team. Josh was our project manager and he made sure everything was done to out satisfaction.
