My daughter came here for jaw pain associated with TMJ at the suggestion of our doctor. While they are knowledgeable enough about the subject, the rest is hit or miss if you ask me. The first appointment, during the 2020 pandemic, the \assistant\ who saw us didn't even have her mask on her nose properly and my daughter even complained that the woman was directly breathing into her [my daughter's] face. This flies in the face of CDC guidelines. We were incensed. They recommended a bite guard for her that cost 1200. I later found out that my dentist charges HALF that. But we had already paid and the bite guard had been ordered. That's my money to decide what to do with and I don't take kindly to anyone who overcharges. I may not be hurting because of this overcharge but others who make less money might have a hard time with such a substantial amount of overcharge. However, I'll take this one on the jaw because I should have been a better consumer and checked before deciding. When we went to pick up the bite guard our appointment time was at 4:00pm and they did not see my daughter until 5:10 pm. An hour wait for a 5 minute appointment. I don't appreciate that because: 1. My time is just as important as the doctor who is seeing us. He has no idea what an hour of my time costs. 2. We had to sit inside a waiting room in a pandemic for more time than we should have. 3. They could have called me to let me know they were seriously behind, partly to be kind about wasting my time and partly to avoid being in an enclosed place with random people in a pandemic. And there were 9 and then 11 people including us in a 12x12 waiting room. The waiting room size is approximate based on how many chairs they fit in there. 4. This business is trying to help people, but its still a business. I'm the customer and the customer needs to feel good about the experience.

Truly life changing care I've received here. I went from crazy gluing dentures to a whole new life with implants! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. If you need help they can do it for you and they do it with kindness and minimal pain. I would recommend these guys to anyone!

When I first got a recommendation last year to get my single wisdom tooth removed, the dentist quoted me that it would be 1200 and I would have to go elsewhere. Well, this year a different dentist recommended I go to Sonoma Oral & Facial Surgery and I set an appointment within a couple of weeks. I went in for my initial xray and discussion and was scheduled for extraction the following day. The staff answered all my questions, gave me insight to different options of anesthetic. When the actual procedure came, it was brief and painless. All that worrying for nada and the doc had my tooth removed and I was heading out in no time. I 100% recommend this location - all the staff (from the front office to the assistants to the doctors) are all wonderful, informative, and proactively take care of you.

I was highly recommended to this office , the staff was very nice and friendly. BUT They are not following safe protocols with Covid. The front person (man) is wearing his mask under his chin or is not covering his nose. I also saw a few staff in the back with no mask. The waiting area is very small and it was busy at one point there were 5 of us waiting. My appointment was 45min late. They should have patients wait in their car and be called once is time to be seen. With the rising cases of Covid, this office should be taking this more serious. I felt unsafe and uncomfortable. I definitely wont be going back.

Staff is so amazing. I've gone to a couple of different places for tattoo removal but this office is the best. Being able to get lidocaine injections helps so much with handling the procedure and the healing process afterwards. Staff is always friendly, professional, and runs on schedule! Thanks for everything.
