Poor communication. October order with 8-12 week wait. Last email updates were from December twice stating items expected 1/11/2021. Emails and voice messages left but no response. Had to keep calling. Patty and Lorraine have given me excuses of: new untrained staff, broken hardware, computer glitches, possibility that I was not selecting correct prompt when calling, and staff member's family member going on life support and dying. We're out of 8-12 week range and I asked for discount for poor service and delays. They want to give 1% discount because they don't feel wrong. I still have no items and only hope they'll arrive next week. Update: got a hold of owner on 2/5 and told him situation. 2 hours later got call to schedule installation. Today 2/18 i finally got my items. Crew was nice. Not sure why it took tracking down the owner to get updates and install date. Happy to be done with this.

Our Experience with Southwest Blinds & Shutters was very positive from the moment that Miranda showed up for our consultation, when we received her bid along with valuable photos and brochures to the installation by two amazing skilled installers. We were able to get more educated about the product, process, and the value for the investment which allowed us to put shutters in our entire home after living here for 15 years. In the photos attached you can see we have the pure white with mock sill. We also chose to go with the 4.5 louver which provides an amazing view especially when you also couple that with the clear view tilt. The product arrived on time as promised and installed that week. Both of the installers were here most of the day and were very kind, funny, personable, and respectful of us and our home. They cleaned up their mess when they left and you would have never known they were there! The warranty for these specific polymer shutters is unbeatable as well which is very important to our family given the investment. Hands down I would recommend both Miranda, the installers, and Southwest Blinds & Shutters to anyone; no matter the size of the project! We are loving our new shutters; thank you! Fiori's

I love my white wooden shutters. They blend in perfectly with the wall and look seamless. I feel these shutters will last decades. The only issue is they are not flushed with the bottom window sill; which allows bugs and dust to accumulate in that space. They need a 3rd person to measure window length or the installer should sit the shutter in the window before screwing in. This is a small issue to look out for but it doesn't affect the beauty of the shutter.

Herb and Todd were very courteous, prompt, and very knowledgeable. They worked as a team quite efficiently, and answered all of my questions. The end result was awesome. The cellular blinds look beautiful, and will help block out the sun.

Was very pleased with the product from Southwest Blinds & Shutters. Ann Swanson is an excellent sales Rep. and right on target as to the delivery date. Our installation tech, Robert, did a great job. The shutters gave the room an entirely different look.
