We helped my father buy a new spa when his died last week- Lisa at the Thunderbird location was amazing and very knowledgeable. She explained all the differences and features and helped us through the process. From purchase through delivery and set up, everyone was great! My dad is so thrilled and uses his spa daily. We would definitely recommend Southwest Spas!

Just had our spa installed yesterday and used it last night. Had such a great time in our amazing Southwest Spas & Pool Jacuzzi! Our whole experience with Southwest was so easy, from discussing our different options, choosing the spa, up to delivery and installation. Tom, our salesman, was fantastic! He is very experienced, knowledgeable, friendly, and an all-around nice guy. We trust him completely and recommend this wonderful company to anyone looking to purchase a spa. They are incredible to work with!

I'm absolutely thrilled with my new Spa! The whole experience has been exceptional, from purchase to delivery. Nick & Big Red were the best! They were so pleasant and made sure the Spa was placed where I wanted it and then set it up explaining the chemicals, operation and maintenance. I will definitely recommend Southwest Spa & Pools to friends. Actually I have already. Thanks again for a great experience. I'm looking forward to years of enjoyment!

To the man Emir and his crew who delivered and set up our spa with Professionalism, Very Efficient and dedication to what they do! Tom and Melinda were amazing. Also Lisa the manager in Scottsdale store also amazing.The staff went above and beyond any expectations. I would definitely recommend Southwest pools and spa. Our spa was delivered today. The delivery and electrician team were amazing The swim in the spa is amazing. If you are a very strong swimmer and need that power the expert would be a great choice. The extra settings and efficiency are worth the extra money.
