I have passed this place a thousand times without a second look until this weekend. I am so glad we stopped in. The place is quite welcoming, the staff is friendly and accommodating, the menu is diverse and interesting and the food was fantastic. We sat outside on the large porch area. The service was quick, but not rushed and the overall experience will have me back often.

The Gilbert House - so many thoughts runs through my mind like waking up at Grandmas house. The smell of coffee brewing, folks laughing and having conversations. Everything that makes life living is the G-House. It's home away from home, with your extended family. Highly recommend this place
The Gilbert House is a true gem! Make sure you bring your out of town guests here to enjoy their homemade treats! Breakfast is always amazing and consistently delicious! The cinnamon rolls are HUGE and enough to share with two or more, if you're willing to share that is! This has easily become one of my favorite spots in Gilbert and the wait staff is always friendly! 10/10 would recommend!
Stopped for a quick breakfast - my friend had the homemade corn beef hash and I had the California Eggs Benedict. Both were from scratch and phenomenal! Charming - we will come again. Everything I've tried on the menu has been great and the service is always as close to perfect as you can get!
Tried this adorable litte brunch spot for the first time. Has a beautiful view and perky staff! I had the pleasure of ordering the Cali Egg's Benedict w/ no tomatoes and extra crispy hash browns. Overall, the food was good but lacked seasoning. I recommend trying at least once for the overall refreshing atmosphere.
