I have been to this location for several reasons and each time the techs and radiologists have been very nice and friendly. My most impressive interaction has been with the nurse, Shay, who has been so informative and made me feel at ease. I received my first biopsy at Banner Desert on Dobson Rd and had a terrible experience, so going to this location is a breath of fresh air. Thank you to all of the staff who continue to be compassionate and caring towards those of us who have to come and get procedures done when we are terrified!

I had my Stereotactic biopsy here today (1/30/18) at the Gilbert facility. As nervous as I was, the entire staff there were so supportive, caring and made my experience one of the best ever. I can’t tell you how compassionate the nurse Shay was throughout the entire procedure... she not only held my hand the entire time and explained step by step exactly what was going on ...she even hugged me on my way out. Hands down one of my best medical appointments to date ... My faith in the medical industry has been restored.
