I know someone who stays here and from what I’ve seen and heard isn’t good. Don’t stay here they harass their residents. There’s no extra storage space in the apartments. You have to rent overpriced garages instead. When things break they are in no rush to fix it. You can’t make your patio a private space to enjoy. All the gates are broken. There’s no security and one of the gates stays open all night. You can’t use the clubhouse and yet they continue to raise rent during a PANDEMIC.

I Love Living here! I have a beautiful apartment with an attached garage. The office staff’s amazing and the maintenance crew does an awesome job keeping everything working and keeping our community clean and safe. One of my favorite things is the gas fire pits and gas fire places outside where you can sit, enjoy the fire and meet new people. I highly recommend living here in Town Commons!
