Grady and Melissa were SUPERB! My parents were in the market for a new mattress but did not have a location near them. I went in FaceTiming my parents for a virtual experience to see the beds and ask questions. Grady and Melissa were so kind, extremely knowledgeable, and provided a great experience. It was a pleasure doing business here. We walked in and tried both mattress types and decided that we liked the Mint best. A few minutes with paperwork and payment and we were out of there in less than an hour. A couple days later our mattress arrived and we were set. We are very happy with the mattress and how easy it was to choose and order.

My husband and I had an appointment this past weekend at TN Gilbert and it was a wonderful experience. Melissa was extremely knowledgeable and kind. She made the experience truly wonderful. The store was clean and we felt extremely safe visiting the showroom, as it was just us and Melissa. Im so glad we were able to physically test the mattress before purchase. Highly recommend this place.
