This place was really welcoming for a first time player, it was lots of fun and mostly everyone was friendly. Also, they don't force anyone to wear masks, which is awesome. This is the first place I've been where they aren't brainwashed.

My 3 boys always have a great time whenever they come to VIP Airsoft. We have been coming here for years. Our family has enjoyed everything this business offers. The gaming, birthday parties, summer camp, and we have purchased equipment. The owners are very nice, as well as their staff. They run a great business. One that appeals to families and people of all ages.

I dropped my gun off about a week ago. Great front end service, we had to wait a little bit while other more aggressive patrons were seen ahead of us, but the staff was nice and was an overall good experience. A good selection of guns and accessories, with fair prices, lower than you can find online surprisingly. They are very busy and prioritize walk ins I guess. Don't drop your gun off for repair. It seems they don't have a process to give excellent service to people who drop stuff off. I bought 160.00 of upgrades from their store for my gun. I won't make the same mistake again. I even took my son there and we spent over 500 in a new H&K 416 with bb's charger and red dot. Really disappointed, and will just go to Amazon or shop online in the future.

The staff was amazing here, helped walked us through it all. Took my foreign exchange students here to try out shooting for the first time! Great course too!
