Change in personnel as been good for the place. Really appreciate the extra effort that Amrinder made in special ordering a prescription for a family member.

Tuesday, January 5. We saw several people not wearing mask properly or totally \without\ masks. No social distancing practiced. No wonder the State of Arizona has so many people dead from COVID19. You must be very proud of yourselves.

Its never crowded and so you wont have to wait in any type of lines to get in or out. Their pharmacy is usually quick I'd say95% of the time both in-store and drive thru. If you want to get in and out for your medication pick ups go in store it's the fastest in my opion.

I have been coming to this store for years as its my neighborhood Walgreens. I have never had an issue until just now. I bought a 12pk of Michelob Ultra. Got home, opened a bittle and clearly could tell it was spoiled. I quickly returned and asked to exchange. The very young manager on duty says I dont think we can exchange opened alcohol due to return policy or AZ Law, but he would ask.. I told him I read Walgreens return policy at home and nothing stated they couldn't.. He \texted\ few people, after about 5 mins, he says no sorry, we cannot since its opened b/c law... I wish I had my phone on me at the time so I could \educate\ him. Per Dept of AZ liquor license & Control industry notice dated 1/2017, wholesalers can accept exchanges for alcohol thats spoiled which is listed under the \ordinary & usual commercial reasons\ for product return. If youre gonna be a MGR at a store, u need to be well versed in rules, regulations of the store including state laws, regulations licenses your store holds and whats included under those licenses of product returns that your store is distributing on behalf of manufacturers, instead I'm now stuck with a 12pk of rotten beer.

It’s no wonder Arizona has so many cases of COVID and deaths. I went to Walgreens today and saw people “not” wearing a mask and not social distancing.
