Right from the beginning meeting with Steve, talking about what Mango offered, what we wanted and what was a suggested system for us, we knew we would be in good hands. The process and installers were top notch, a beautiful job, no wires showing. The guys were neat, polite, extremely hard workers. We have Mango Security Systems in our two homes. If a problem, such as a power failure or a low battery triggers a phone call from the monitoring service, I'm very glad to contact people I know and trust, not some nameless faceless remote bureaucracy. Recently, we had such a call when we were out of state and Mango fixed the problem right away. They have keys to both houses and I trust them implicitly and trust in their knowledge and expertise.
I called Mango 4 times to schedule maintenance of a system they installed and after a week with no call back, I went to another vendor. The other vendor performed the maintenance the next business day.
