I was working with Stacy Manning via text to find a nice quality used SUV for my girlfriend. Thought we had found the right one at the right price so I told her via text that we would come up the next day. We left first thing in the morning and I texted her we were on our way. Now unfortunately I didn't check my texts until we got there when I found out that it was sold the previous day. Well Stacy was wonderful trying to find another vehicle that would work for us. Well she came up with a strong possibility but it was at their other dealership so she went to go get it. Well she came back with a different car as the other one was sold to. But as it turned out we loved this one which they had JUST taken in as it wasn't even in their system yet. So we talked price and did the typical back and forth but we ended up at MY price. Thanks to Stacy we had a most enjoyable experience and she was relentless in finding us just the right car. I highly recommend her and the dealership.

Went here to buy a car a couple years back and it’s one of the worst car buying experiences I’ve had. The cars shown to me were within my budget but way overpriced for what they were. One was a Metro hatchback with no rear view mirror, a paper plate in the floor, and a muffler hanging down to the pavement. They wanted at least three times KBB value on it. Another was an S10 that was previously owned by a very large man and the seat was as far back as possible with the adjustment latch broken off the seat. The salesman (Jason) said that I could buy some vice grips to fix the seat and also didn’t think to inform me of a mechanical issue with the S10 I learned about later from another salesman. Speaking of salespeople, I know of two former employees of questionable repute. One would call my former workplace and make up problems on his orders to get free food. If he didn’t have an order he could manipulate, he would demand employee discounts. The other one moved out of state to avoid criminal charges here in Kentucky. Then there’s the telephone calls you get. If you call and ask about one of the vehicles on their lot, expect phone calls from their sales staff for the next three months. And no, telling them you aren’t interested won’t change anything.

Leaving a 5-star review because they don’t delete those. I’ve left a bad review here a couple times and both times it’s been hidden. Notice how all the recent reviews are good. GH has a reputation in Glasgow for being awful so I think I’m not the only one they’ve silenced. Go here if you want to be conned into a car you can’t afford.
