It was scary; I will not be returning to this particular dealership due to my observations. Employees are careless and not practicing social distancing. Service team members are playing around on manual scooters with one another during working hours in the back. One female employee wasn't wearing masks when talking to the customer as she chose to take it off. There are no plastic barriers anywhere, and the service area offices are tiny. Employees kept coming in and out of the area over and over again. However, not one single employee greeted me until I finally had to find someone to assist me. Five employees passed in front of me for 20 minutes before asking me if I needed help; they just kept on with their day. I stepped out due to feeling unsafe and waited outside the building. I will not be returning to this establishment that does not put the safety of its customers first. Fiesta Chevrolet is far safer than your dealership. During this pandemic and with the severity of the new variants, I find it very irresponsible of your organization not to take the necessary precautions to protect your customers and staff equally. I left a message for the service manager on 1/29, I have yet to hear back from him to address my concern. I will also be submitting a yelp and google review and contacting corporate with my concerns.

What a place....This is the kind of business you love to do business with. Helpful, Friendly, clean, respectful. Some of the qualities they offer. Bought a truck and everything went very smoothly. Thanks Gillman for a job well done. I was even able to lower the price even more and it was done in no time. Definitely an awesome place to comeback and do more business, will recommend to anyone.
