The place is nice, the nurses are nice. But the nurse practitioners or \doctors\ in the clinic just dont know what kind of products they are giving patience and I'm speaking on birthcontrol. I have the depo shot and I've been on it since July. The first shot was fine. I did notice some emotional changes nothing major. And I had a menstrual cycle for about 2 weeks. Then nothing at all for 3 months. Now its Decemeber and I have been bleeding NONSTOP since November. I asked them for help and they really did not do anything besides tell me to pay for more birthcontrol that I think has made the bleeding worse. If you're a doctor I would expect alot more help and an actual remedy that will help me. It's just so upsetting that there is not birthcontrol available for everyone that's actually non hormonal and doesnt make you bleed for 2 months straight. You might be better off getting help from an actual doctor not planned parent hood.

I had an AMAZING first time experience with my doctor M Reyes NP. She made me feel comfortable, safe, and welcome. I didn’t feel judged at all or in anyway uncomfortable. I was helped within 10 minutes, very quickly considering it was a walk-in. It’s so secluded and private, a great location!

staff put shot( syringe) on trash can this is no healthy is extremely dangerous if is infected
