Dr. Armani Trosclair

Excellent handyman. He fixed several things for us. Great hourly rate and if he can do it all in that hour that's all you are charged! If it may take longer he will provide a quote for you up front!

Guy pulls up in a SUV. I was woundering does he have to tools to do the job. Well to my shock this guy was ready...very nice we organized neat and clean awesome greeting with a smile. Oh there was a 35 fee which of which he told me about before I made the appointment. I felt was fair since, I had several things I needed done and for time and gas and driving it was fair. After all everyones time is worth something.... Really nice guy, my wife met him at the house and he explained and helped her understand what the work details where. He gave a quote and expained we needed to keep in mind at least a 20% overage or repalcement of some items maybe required, just incase he ran into issues once the work started. The old kitchen sink had been in the home since we moved in and the new one was a prefect fit for the old sink that came out. He change all the water lines to braded lines and installed a tap water filter system for us and a hot water tap. He re-did all the corking on the doors exterior and reapainted the front entry door of whihc he hung platic on the inside of the house door opening took off the hinges and out into the yard, stripped it, sanded, cleaned rehung. Came back the following morning took the door back down and spray painted with three coats. I could go on and on about the level of detail. But I think you guys get the point. I have a few other projects for next summer and I have already made our appointment and paid a deposit, which wasn't required. He's a good honest guy! I know people, I'm a attorney. He's no BS and gets the job done. He's busy it took us a few trys to reach him.... and we understand why now. Thank Mr. C, if all goes well and we don't break anything here at at home. We will see you in the summer.

We need help fast! for a new move and electrical grid was hgorriable at the new location! this guy knew his stuff. He told us get esimates from other companies and then call him. After doing so, we found the things the other companies said needed to be done where in most cases honest a few had added in a lot of things that other found where not needed but Armani with GCI, added a few other things that would allows us to have some growth on our electrical system he suggest a bigger electrical panel with more spaces and more GCI for the safety of our equipment and employees. He also provided us a contact for a redundant power system which could be wirer right into the upgraded electrical panel at a later time. I am really pleased that he was looking out for our growth and manage the project as if it was something he would do for his business. SO electrical, sheet rock walls moved and shelves built. He even fixed two leaks he noticed in the roof. Both of which I had not even notice. He painted all our doors and made the entry way look amazing and clean. Pressure washed the sidewalk and parking spaces. Five days and he was done.... It's amazing how much two men could accomplish in five days.
