Repairman broke a ceramic tile in my kitchen with a wrench he dropped--they sent out someone to fix it who said they couldn't fix it--sent me a check for 150 and said too bad, you figure out how to fix it for that price--that is what I am giving you!! Very very unprofessional, \ Mike\ the repairman was more concerned with me leaving a 5 star review so he could get a extra 10 in his paycheck!!

My old refrigerator is an odd size. The thermostat was going out and at first the repair tech said they couldn't fix it because their outlet did not have the part. Almost impossible to find a new fridge that will fit the space without remodeling the cabinets.... I found the part online order it and they agreed to come an put it in. It is now up and running!! Customer service was awesome!!! I am a repeat customer and delighted.

Two appointments. No show for both. The first took two weeks to get scheduled. They called halfway through the scheduled time frame and said the technician was stuck with an all day repair. What appliance repair takes 5 hours. They rescheduled for the next day, called that afternoon to confirm the next day appointment. No show and no call. Horrible customer service

KJ, the owner, provided prompt and great service repairing our DCS oven. He was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and arrive the next day with the factory replacement part. Pricing was fair as well.
