I was helping a friend move stuff into a storage unit when the manager Cyndi came out and introduced herself. She was very kind and helpful and just made the whole experience better. The unit was very nice and clean. I would recommend to anybody simply for the customer service but also the units being in excellent condition.

Great location and friendly service. Only \headaches\ are the tight corners (we had to back up the truck a few times) and steeper slopes into some of the units. But I'm assuming this is due to the in-city location which we are grateful for.
We needed to finish a (senior) family member’s emergency (medically-directed but NOT Covid-19 related) move, as well as our own home’s winter weather-induced water pipes issue that required the storage space in an immediate & timely manner. Online convenience helped expedite registration, as did the Gladstone’s storage onsite’s very professional, courteous, & thoroughly customer service-driven human representative, C.Smith. We should probably be ADDING A 5th STAR to THIS 4-STAR’s RATING due to an unanticipated extreme roof water runoff’s detail, seemingly caused by sudden extreme winter weather water runoff over doorway & (some very light) splattering of water into said unit’s doorway floor area that may possibly be rectified by addition of overhead guttering modifications. These recent & sudden extreme weather-caused complications, may not have been immediate conditions anticipated by this or any of storage locations. We might add that in spite of the dripping water, our use of our unit went positively forward & ahead as needed. Also, at this writing of our review, we have NOT yet had opportunity for reporting this (“5th STAR “RATING) EXTERIOR roof water runoff issue to our Gladstone site’s representatives. That said, we are confidant that they will prioritize a plan to be solving this tertiary issue as needed. It is key to add that this water runoff issue did not seriously or in any profound way impede our initial or continued use of our unit’s interior space. Again, our expressed appreciation to all service & courtesies provided by Gladstone’s on-site representative, “C. SMITH” especially during our extreme winter weather (& avid Covid rule-following) conditions.
Best storage I've used. When I moved out, the Manager confirmed I was done, and for the first time EVER...I was not billed the next month. Every other storage has played that game, where they take another month from my bank, and then I have to start a dispute of payment. Not this storage. Excellent business practice!
Cindy, is great and more importantly, it was the only place I could find open on Sunday, near me, to rent a unit.
