We were greeted instantly when we walked in the door, we had a sales associate help me and my husband through the whole entire process. He was able to test drive multiple bikes to find the one he truly liked. Our favorite part of the whole experience was when we went to the parts department and was able to modify the bike to our liking. From start to finish it was a great experience. The client experience was top notch and what you would expect or want when you’re spending that kind of money.

Good service helping me find a battery. Bad product battery was dead upon installation wouldn't start the bike Even after being charged.
I want to support local, but they don’t support me. Wish they’d do better at parts and accessory sales. Typically email 2-3 times before a response. Currently waiting for a response to parts inquiry from two weeks ago. Will just order online soon. When they look and wonder why more and more people just order online, look no further than lack of quality customer service and responsiveness in your own house.
I always have a great experience with Latus when I shop there. I bought my first Harley there 5 years ago and I still ride it to this day. My last purchase was some ground effect lights I installed them my self and they work great. I'll definitely be back. Thank you Latus
