Sunsmart is a very caring, considerate company. I had a few concerns and Levon Pogosov helped me all the way through the process. It wasn't his job to make sure everything was working right, but he sure took the time and made me feel like I was the only customer. If you have questions, they WILL work with you until it is fixed and you are satisfied. Thank you Sunsmart for having an employee like Levon!

SunSmart needs to be your go-to for solar! Our system has been installed for several years now and we have not regretted it for a single second. The entire crew has always happily helped with the smallest question or concern we have ever had. Before solar we regularly looked at electric bills from 600-700 per month which I'm over joyed to have them GONE.
We've had a roof panel system from SunSmart for several years and love it. Their easy to use web app shows moment by moment what's happening and shows me right now, for instance, that over the past year we have used 1063 of electric service but have generated about 10% more than that. Living in a small town with its own small electric company, the town is not required to pay us back the excess so I leave a small electric heater running in the basement to warm the house a bit and save on our gas bill as well. The financing for the system was great, really low rate and done in such a way that we had no problem refinancing our mortgage when we chose to. The installers were quick and tidy and helpful in getting us up and running. My wife used to hesitate to be comfortable on hot summer days so it's great to be able to assure her that the AC doesn't cost a cent any more.
I had been looking for a company that would help us switch to renewable solar energy. I found that with SunSmart. They made it easy! They explained the what and how of the job in simple language and gave us options on financing. The installers were courteous, efficient and professional. I was \in the dark\ about how it would work. It was a snap! I would highly recommend this company.
These guys are the best! I've done three self-installer projects with SunSmart and they were awesome the whole way through. From working with my designs suggestions to helping me understand the technology, I would never use another solar company, EVER!!
