As the producer of the Parade of Homes TV show, I get to work with a lot of very talented craftsmen. Grant Crookston and his crew at Glass Crafters of Utah have the definite distinction of being some of the best of the best. Whether it's an elegant European styled shower door or a wall of glass and light like the one they made for us, Glass Crafters of Utah knows their business soup to nuts. It isn't just the quality of their work either. This company takes a genuine interest in their customers and not just as a business transaction. They care about the individual because to them, every job is unique and every job is art. Customer satisfaction isn't just a business philosophy; it's the just the way they do things. Trust me when I say that Grant is someone who not only thinks and works "out of the box," he has left the box far behind. Only 5 stars because 10 wasn't an option! I had them install a frameless shower door with operable transom for my steam shower. I usually do as much work as I can myself but I am glad I hired them for this! The precision, tolerances and perimeter sealing is on point! It is incredibly challenging to get a frameless steam shower because of the need to seal the door. Brett and Co. rocked this. I am immensely happy with this door and the way it functions and it wasn't any more expensive than if I had tried to do it myself (and I wouldn't have been able to get the tight tolerances they did). They didn't ask me to leave a review, and I normally don't, however GC of Utah deserves it! The quality, attention to detail, and price was outstanding. If I had to do it again I would, 100%. I tried to talk to big box stores about it and I got "frameless on steam is not possible" and " we can't do operable transoms". Again, these guys exceeded all expectations, gave me EXACLTY what I was after, and was worth every penny. Cheers!

Great service. They installed my shower glass and mirror in less than 3 hours. When they realized they didn’t have the right part, they called around until it was found. When there was a slight water leak between the wall and the glass, they were there the next morning to fix it. I had to take 6 test showers but it’s fixed! Highly recommend

These guys were great to work with. When they came to install my new shower door they were very kind and professional. My new glass shower door looks amazing!! I looked at the big box stores and they were going to charge me about 500 and I was going to have to install myself. Glass Crafters charges me a little over 900 and it is worth every penny !

Grant was fantastic to work with! My shower door is absolutely beautiful! He also did two custom wall mirrors for 2 of my bathrooms. When one of the mirrors was delivered the workman accidentally chipped the border. I was immediately offered the option of keeping the mirror (at a discount) with the chip being covered up by a metallic looking tape. I opted to go with this solution as it looked pretty good and I thought only a very discerning eye would even notice. Later that night as I was taking a bath and gazing up at the mirror I decided it was something I couldn't live with. I called Glass Crafters the next morning explaining the situation. They said we want you to be 100% happy with our product. They fabricated a new mirror and installed it in a timely fashion and I am 100% happy with it! They did not hesitate to make it right. Bottom line, I highly recommend Grant and all of the professionals at Glass Crafters. I would use them again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to anyone wanting a professional job at a fair price.
