We had a great leasing and move in experience. From the time we picked up the phone and called Glasshouse to view a potential unit to the time we walked into our new home we received five star service from staff! Jasmine helped my brother & I get into our apartment. Honestly, I was super underwhelmed by many apartments I saw in downtown Dallas. Not only is this building beautiful along with the apartment but the excitement that Jasmine displayed was what initially got me so excited. We are officially moving in Saturday and couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend y’all contact Jasmine & Glasshouse before there’s no more spots at this place. Adding on after I have moved in... (01/30) Tony & Kerry at the concierge are already above & beyond any building I’ve lived in. I feel very lucky to be where I’m at and everyone at this place has done a great job assuring that I’m happy here. The Wine bottle as a welcome gift was pretty awesome too. Y’all rock! 10/5 stars
I'm a very indecisive person but I toured with Jasmine and she was beyond amazing at helping me find the perfect home. I saw a lot of different floor plans and she helped me narrow it down to the best one for me. This building is beautiful with excellent views and amenities. Highly recommend.
This home is my most beautiful dreams come true. The staff are personable and attentive. The amenities are above and beyond our expectations. The apartment itself is everything I could ever want for our little family. Glass House changed our lives.
