Helpful people. They saw me within a few minutes.
Worst place to deal with out of the entire Rowan campus. They charged me a late fee for my immunization records and lied to me and told me they emailed me about what what missing on my forms twice. They even provided me with the fake dates that they “emailed me”. I never received anything so they charged me without even notifying me prior to doing this. Staff absolutely blows.
I missed an appointment due to a domestic violence issue in which I was seriously injured. Despite documentation, they still made me pay a 10 no-show fee as if the tens of thousands of dollars in tuition I pay isn't adequate enough.
