About the most professional company I've dealt with. Very responsive, very professional. The Office and Project Management staff always answered the phone and know who I was and were very familiar with the project. The installation team seemed to have the best and well maintained equipment for installation, safety, and protection of the property. Everything seemed well organized and the team worked in complete harmony.

I emailed from the website for an estimate on Sunday night. I received a call first thing Monday morning. I had an estimate the following morning. So, there is quick response time, and I had a fast estimate appointment. Then the salesman Craig was helpful, knowledgeable, explained everything, answered all questions, was patient, and had an estimate emailed to us within minutes. Upon making the decision to go with Millstream, we decided to go through financing. Craig brought us through the process fast and flawlessly. We had a soft install date for about 2 weeks depending on weather and material but this was no shock because it had already been explained in detail prior to signing the contract. Then we received a call letting us know the install date. All workers and materials were delivered on time, pictures and monitoring go on throughout the work process to ensure quality assurance. All the things we missed from removing around the perimeter were moved so they didn't get destroyed or damaged. The installation was completed in one day. I received a call, gutters were installed the next day. There were some minor things we had questions about and wanted fixed. This was received with professionalism, complete communication, and rectified immediately. I communicated with the office-Candi, sales-Craig, operations-Josh, and workers-Manuel. My warranty was received within a week via email prior to the written warranty that will arrive in the mail. Every single person we dealt with was outstanding. The work is excellent. The team is wonderful. Everyone is professional and Millstream is exactly what you would want and expect when hiring a contractor. We are very happy and will gladly recommend them.
