I have said this millions of times and take it form me my experience there was amazing me and my friends bowling for the fun and amazing food
Had a date night here on a whim. I had no idea this bowling alley was tucked behind short pump. Just driving around and found it. When we walked in, there were 3 guys behind the counter not doing anything (one smelled like alcohol), and we got our shoes and lane pretty quickly. The guy who helped us was the manager (as we found out later), and he gave us the best deal for our money. We go to set up our lane, and we buy a beer and a lemonade. My bf forgot his ID at home, but sipped off my beer and evidently one of the guys at the counter had nothing better to do than watch us.. he comes over to ask me if Im drinking my beer. I'm confused as to why hes asking, then realize he must have been staring at us and was bothered that my bf was sipping off my beer. Now. Clearly we are both over 18... stevie wonder could see that.. but they felt the need to say something which severely offended my bf. He spoke to the manager who apologized and said the other guy shouldnt have come over like that or been stalking me drinking my beer. What started out as a fun date night was ruined for awhile because we felt unwelcomed and almost left never to return again. But.. we stayed since we already paid our money and had a great time regardless. Will we ever go back?.. I don't know. Maybe not.
Horrible staff attitudes. We come here regularly and we aways have the worst customer service at the front desk.
