Most of the cultural programs are open to public and visit the events calendar to see the activities for this month.  HCV holds to major events around April and September of each year. In April the Center holds the Spring Festival and around the September the Festival of India.  This year Festival of India is celebrating the 39th anniversary on September 19th and 20th.  For more information on the Festival of India, visit the festivalofindia.org.
