This review is for Imaging at Innsbrook, If I could give a 0 I would. After multiple appointments scheduled and cancelled by them at the last minute because they failed to even request pre approval I arrived at my appointment 20 minutes early. The office was behind and after being checked in and waiting 45 minutes I was informed the office was a little behind and it would be 15 to 30 minutes more before my appointment would begin. I asked to be rescheduled to a time that they would be able to see patients on time and was told they don't do any scheduling. So, at this point I have had my appointment cancelled day of because of their incompetence not once but twice, and then at my appointment they are running an hour behind, they even seemed annoyed that wasting several hours of my time wasn't an option for me. Some of us are expected to be productive at work and can't just sit around waiting for others to do their jobs.

I chose this practice as my primary care physician when I moved to the Richmond area. My experience was one of the worst I’ve ever had. In my many visits, I saw both doctors and physicians - none of which were pleasant. The doctors didn’t seem to care about what I was in for, they didn’t provide me with answers when I made an appt for a particular medical issue, and I felt as though I was rushed during almost every visit. It is very important for you to feel comfortable with your doctor and for them to listen and hear you out - I never felt that here. During one visit specifically, the PA turned to walk out of the door, computer in hand, while I was in the middle of speaking to her, explaining a medical issue I was experiencing. I had to change my tone of voice and say “Excuse me! I wasn’t finished.. can you please listen?” Not only were my experiences with the medical staff poor, but so were the front desk assistants. Every visit, the staff that attended to me were not friendly. The customer service was very unsatisfactory and they were quite rude from what I can remember. They were not helpful when I approached them with a billing question- come to find out after spending hours on the phone with my insurance company- they had over-billed me... MORE THAN ONCE. Would not recommend this practice to anyone. I gave them a chance for over a year and I am so happy I left.

Wasted 3 weeks waiting for an appointment to only take time off work to be told the dr can not manage my medical issues and is unable to refill prescriptions while she stood behind a bogus policy. All 3 of us wasted time and energy on this practice to get only be angered and disappointed.

Very disappointed in the office staff. I gave them my insurance card and absolutely nothing was told to me that they didn't except this insurance. I would never have gone to this office if that was the case.

Very nice doctors office. They have a comfortable and clean environment. Assertive, kind staff who listen to you and work fast to provide the best medical treatment available. I'm a 27 year old diabetic that came in with a couple of diabetic ulcers on my leg. Dr. Adams and her team worked hard and fast to provide me with treatment. It was just amazing how nice and how much they cared about me. I didn't feel like a umber\..I feel like I was a high priority patient. They did a great job on treating my condition. I was back to 100% in a couple days! Absolutely the best Drs I've had!
