Wow, what a treasure. I love this cooking school. Chef Willie is a dynamo and so kind and caring. Grant really knows his food and wine. He is so gracious during demonstrations. It is so much fun to learn new techniques and laugh and enjoy the other students while doing it.

My wife and I had a great time with 4 other family members. Chef's Justin and Patty were awesome hosts and everyone had a wonderful time. No matter how much cooking knowledge you have, new tricks and techniques can always be helpful. I can say one thing for sure, you won't leave hungry.

Amazing experience! I arranged a private Couples Cooking Class for myself and 5 other couples. We had a blast cooking and soaking up all of the knowledge from our teachers. The food was absolutely delicious, and I will definitely be recreating these dishes at home!

Harriet was amazing at helping me pick out my wedding cake. It turned out so beautiful and it tasted so good! Will definitely go through her again for future events.

Had a wonderful time with Chef Justin. Good times, good people, and good food! I have always wanted to try poaching an egg but thought it was beyond me. Tonight in class we poached 8 eggs and I discovered they are super easy. Who knew? Chef Justin knew! And now I know. Looking forward to my next class!
