Highly Recommend! My Boyfriend And I Held His 25th Birthday Dinner And The Staff Was Amazing. I Can’t Thank Ross & Sara Enough For Making That Night Memorable. They Did An Awesome Job With First Welcoming Us in & Secondly Doing A Wonderful Job Serving The Food . They Also Followed All The Safety Guidelines For COVID. They Had A Waitress Who Would Come Around And Refill Our Water Cups , Take Up The Finished Plates . It Was Just All Around Amazing . Thank You Again For Making That Night Special !

Over the years, I've been to numerous events at The Place, and they have always done a great job with the food, hospitality, setting up tech equipment, and more. Minutes ago, my wife and I just finished eating the seafood platter I'd gotten to go for our date night, and it was amazing. Highly recommend The Place for professional events, social gatherings, and the food.

ROSS YOU HAD A SOLUTION FOR EVERY ISSUE I HAD, YOU WERE SO ACCOMMODATING AND PROFESSIONAL, OH AND YOUR STAFF WAS EXCEPTIONAL AND PUNCTUAL. YOUR SERVICE HAS BEEN THE BEST SERVICE I'VE HAD IN RICHMOND, THANK YOU FOR ACCOMMODATING ALL THE BRIDES REQUEST AND OUR ROWDY GROUP.. PLEASE use this venue for your future events.

The banquet room was just ok. The wallpaper was cracked and pealing, and the digital projector provided was not calibrated to the screen. The men's room was a disaster, and the lunch was the worst part of the event. The salad was not fresh (slimy cucumbers), the stir fry was frozen vegetables and watery jarred sauce, and the rice was pilaf-style rather than Chinese steamed rice. Huge disappointment.
